How will you clean my gutters? 

​We take before and after pictures and text them or show them to you. With pictures you can verify a gutter cleaning well done, before you pay. If you are not home at the time of cleaning we will text you the images and your invoice which you can pay right on your phone. We ask that all invoices be paid within 24 hrs of cleaning. 

At the time of gutter cleaning 
  1. We blow off your accessible roof debris.
  2. We hand clean your gutters (Yes!, With our hands).
  3. We clear debris from down spouts (with our snakes, hoses and expert magic).
  4. We wash your gutters and downspouts out (with our hose) to ensure your system is actually working.
  5. We clean up any debris that have fallen to the ground (we like to leave it better then we came).

​How can I tell if my gutters aren’t draining properly?

If during a rainfall, you can hear the water slapping the ground, pouring over the sides of the gutter, there may be a blockage or the gutter itself may not be aligned evenly. If you notice paint peeling or corroded wood, the gutter is most likely clogged and is causing the water to overflow and run down the back of gutter along the exterior walls of the house. If you notice mold or if you see puddles of water forming around the outside of your house it’s a sure sign that there are drainage problems.

The most important times to clean clogged gutters is after big storms where larger leaves and debris can clog the flow of rain. Households where there are a large amount of overhanging leaves, we recommend cleaning in the spring and fall.
